Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Simpang tiga bersinyal yang berlokasi di kawasan Kurnia Djaja Alam (KDA) ,di ruas jalan (Jl.Sudirman – Jl. Raja Isa – Jl. Sudirman) Kota Batam. Dari hasil analisa dan perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa, data arus lalu lintas jam puncak simpang tiga bersinyal KDA terjadi pada hari Senin waktu pagi hari pada pukul 08.00 - 09.00 WIB. Arus lalu lintas total (QTotal)= 17856 smp/jam. Pengaturan sinyal lampu lalu lintas di Simpang KDA dirancang dalam 3 fase dengan siklus (c) = 298 detik. Manajemen lalu lintas di simpang KDA masih kurang maksimal, karena nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DS) salah satu lengan simpang yaitu Fase 2= 0.82 melebihi kondisi jenuh (DS > 0.75)]. Sedangkan Fase 1 dengan nilai DS = 0.51, dan Fase 3 dengan nilai DS = 0.59 dapat dikatakan kondisi arus pada fase 2 di jam pada saat puncak mengalami sedikit tidak stabil. Dalam menentukan kemampuan dan kelayakan kapasitas simpang tiga bersinyal KDA Batam Kota dapat merujuk dari hasil nilai Kapasitas (Fase 1 = 5325 smp/jam, Fase 2 = 3582 smp/jam, Fase 3 = 2508 smp/jam), Derajat Kejenuhan (Fase 1 = 0.51, Fase 2 = 0.82, Fase 3 = 0.59), Panjang Antrian (Fase 1 = 100 m, Fase 2 = 182 m, Fase 3 = 250 m), Jumlah Kendaraan Terhenti (Fase 1 = 5085smp/jam, Fase 2 = 3371 smp/jam, Fase 3 = 2258 smp/jam), dan Tundaan (Fase 1= 197 smp/det, Fase 2 = 131 smp/det, Fase 3 = 180smp/det). Dengan kata lain, Simpang Tiga Bersinyal di kawasan SPBU KDA masih cukup baik dan layak digunakan untuk saat-saat ini. ********************************************************************** In this research was conducted at the three-signal Intersection located in the Kurnia Djaja Alam (KDA) area,on the road section (Jl.Sudirman - Jl. Raja Isa - Jl. Sudirman) Batam City. From the analysis and calculation results show that, data on the peak traffic flow at the intersection of three KDA signal occurred on Monday morning in the morning at 08,00 - 09.00 WIB. Total traffic flow (QTotal) = 17856 pcu / hour. Traffic light signal settings at the KDA Intersection are designed in 3 phases with a cycle (c) = 298 seconds. Traffic management at the KDA intersection is still not optimal, because the value of the Degree of Saturation (DS) of one of the intersection arms is Phase 2 = 0.82 [exceeding the saturation condition (DS> 0.75)].While Phase 1 with a value of DS = 0.51, and Phase 3 with a value of DS =0.59 can be stated the current conditions in phase 2 during peak hours experience a little unstable. In determining the capability and feasibility of the KDA Batam Kota intersection, the capacity can refer to the results of the capacity value (Phase 1 = 5325pcu/hour, Phase2= 3582pcu/hour, Phase 3 = 2508pcu/hour),Degree of Saturation (Phase 1 = 0.51, Phase 2 = 0.82, Phase 3 = 0.59), Queue Length (Phase 1 = 100 m, Phase 2 = 182m, Phase 3 = 250 m), Number of Vehicle Stopped (Phase 1 = 5085pcu/hour, Phase 2 = 3371pcu/hour, Phase 3 = 02258 pcu/ hour), and Delays (Phase 1 = 197pcu/second, Phase 2 = 131 pcu/second, Phase 3 =180pcu/second). In other words, the Three Signed Intersection in the KDA gasj station area is still quite good and is worth using for now.
