Abstract

Proyek konstruksi merupakan kegiatan proyek pembangunan yang dikerjakan dalam waktu yang terbatas dan biaya yang efisien. Pekerjaan dalam waktu yang terbatas membutuhkan suatu metode kerja yang efektif dalam pekerjaan konstruksi. Perbandingan metode pekerjaan saluran ini dilakukan diproyek penataan jalan raya wilayah 3 Batam Kota bertepatan di lokasi jalan simpang baloi – simpang kampung nelayan dan jalan raden patah. Dari hasil analisis pekerjaan drainase ini didapatkan beberapa kesimpulan 2 buah metode kerja yaitu metode cast insitu/konvensional dan metode precast/pracetak. Dari kedua metode tersebut didapat hasil perbandingan biaya dan harga dalam pekerjaan drainase cor di tempat dan drainase precast yaitu biaya pekerjaan cor di tempat adalah Rp. 352,404,140.06 dan biaya pekerjaan precast adalah Rp. 344,977,667.24. Dari kedua metode kerja tersebut mendapatkan selisih Rp. 7,426,472.76 dan dari segi waktu metode cast in situ menghabiskan waktu 40 hari kerja sedangkan precast menghabiskan waktu 22 hari kerja. Dari segi biaya metode konvensional lebih efisien sedangkan dari segi waktu metode precast lebih efisien. ********************************************************************** The construction project is a development project activity that is carried out in a limited time and cost-efficient. From the results of the analysis of the drainage works, it was concluded that there were 2 working methods, namely in situ cast method / conventional method and precast / precast method. From the two methods, the results of the comparison of costs and prices in the cast drainage work in place and precast drainage ie the cost of the cast work in place is Rp. 352,404,140.06 and the cost of the precast work is Rp. 344,977,667.24.
