Abstract

Aspal dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti atau tambahan agregat kasar dalam pencampuran bahan untuk pembuatan beton. Di setiap proses produksi aspal sering terjadi pembongkaran aspal yang lama dan diganti dengan aspal yang baru. Untuk mengatasi dampak yang buruk maka perlu kita jadikan limbah aspal ini sebagai pengganti sebagian material agregat kasar. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan pecahan limbah aspal akan digunakan sebagai bahan tambahan campuran agregat kasar dengan presentase yaitu 0%, 2,5%, 5%, dam 7,5%. Untuk setiap jenis ada enam belas (12) sampel dan akan di pilih untuk disetiap pengujian umur beton tujuh (7) hari, empat belas (14) hari, dan dua puluh delapan (28) hari. Beton normal untuk perbandingan dirancang dengan kekuatan karakteristik beton K-250 mengacuh data prosedur SNI yang berlaku. Untuk pengetesan nilai kuat tekan beton digunakan alat uji Compression Testing Machine agar untuk mengetahui pengaruh kaut tekan yang memakai bahan tambahan campuran limbah aspal yang persentase nya 0% yaitu 2,5%, 5%, dan 7,5%. Berdasarkan analisis penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa beton dengan bahan campuran limbah aspal dapat meningkatkan nilai kuat tekan beton. Kata Kunci : Kuat tekan Beton, Limbah Aspal, dan Mix Design. ********************************************************************** Asphalt can be used as a substitute or additional coarse aggregate in the mixing of materials for the manufacture of concrete. In each process asphalt production often occurs demolition of the old asphalt and replaced with new asphalt. To overcome the bad impact we need to make this asphalt waste in lieu of some rough aggregate material. In this study, used asphalt waste fraction will be used as an additional ingredient of coarse aggregate mixture with a percentage of 0%, 2.5%, 5%, and 7.5%. For each type there are sixteen (12) samples and will be divided for each test the intense age of concrete press at the age of (7) seven days, (14) fourteen days, and (28) twenty-eight days. Normal concrete For comparison designed with the strength of concrete characteristics K-250 to disrupt the data of the prevailing SNI procedure. For the test of strong value press concrete used test equipment Compression Testing Machine in order to know the influence of concrete press hook using material added asphalt waste mixture which percentage of 0% is 2,5%, 5%, and 7,5%. Based on the results of research analysis can be taken the conclusion that concrete with a mixture of asphalt waste can increase strong concrete press.
