Abstract

Secara umum struktur bangunan rumah sederhana tahan gempa adalah salah satu terobosan yang sangat penting dalam ilmu kontruksi teknik sipil. Dengan seiring berjalannya zaman pembangunan rumah sederhana tahan gempa sangat diminati karena sudah menjadi kebutuhan umum yang diminati masyarakat mengingat bahaya bencana alam yang bisa terjadi. Bangunan rumah sederhana tahan gempa memiliki keunggulan diantaranya adalah kontruksi pembebanan yang lebih kokoh untuk menahan kuat rambat gaya gempa yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa nilai statistik perubahan kuat daya dukung bangunan sebelum dan sesudah ngempa bumi terjadi dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Sederhana dan Dinamika Respon Spektrum berdasarkan SNI 1726-2012. Indonesia mulai menggunakan bangunan rumah sederhana tahan gempa diawal tahun 2000 untuk memulai suatu perubahan baru mengantisipasi aktivasi pergerakan lempeng bumi bawah tanah Indonesia yang menyebabkan gempa dengan skala yang besar.. Kata kunci : Analisis, Gempa, Rumah, Statistik ********************************************************************** In general, the structure of simple earthquake resistant house buildings is one of the most important breakthroughs in the science of civil engineering construction. As time goes by, the construction of simple earthquake-resistant houses is in great demand because it has become a public demand that is of interest to the public given the danger of natural disasters that can occur. Simple earthquake resistant house buildings have advantages such as a more robust loading construction to withstand strong forces that occur. This study aims to analyze the statistical value of strong changes in carrying capacity of buildings before and after earthquake occurs using the Simple Linear Regression method and the Dynamics of Spectrum Response based on SNI 1726-2012. Indonesia began using simple earthquake-resistant house buildings in early 2000 to begin a new change anticipating the activation of the movement of the Indonesian underground plate which caused a large scale earthquake.
