Abstract

Secara harfiah struktur atap adalah salah satu bagian yang sangat penting dalam proyek kontruksi Bangunan. Hasil penelitian dalam skripsi ini yaitu karakteristik baja ringan cenderung lebih tipis dan ringan dibandingkan dengan dak beton bertulang, untuk pemasangan baja ringan lebih cepat dipasang dibandingakan dak beton yang harus menggukan pengecoran. segi beban nominal dak beton bertulang jauh lebih berat dibandingkan baja ringan 5x4 m² = 2.2584 Ton, sedangkan dak beton 5x4 m² = 18.016 Ton. segi efisien dan ekonomis baja ringan tak perlu melakukan perhitungan dan pengukuran manual ketika pemasangan. selain itu, memilih material baja ringan pre-pabrikasi juga terjamin rapi dan akurat, murah dan dapat ditemukan dimana-mana. Dibandingkan dak beton harus membuat pengecoran terlebih dahulu dan memiliki masa jenis yang terkomposit dan menjadi jauh lebih berat, namun dak beton lebih tahan lama dalam umur pemakaian diatas 40 tahun.. ********************************************************************** One very important part of building construction.
