Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis sistem saluran drainase terhadap genangan (banjir) di Kota Batam pada Jalan Duyung Kecamatan Batu Ampar. Jalan Duyung Kecamatan Batu Ampar ini merupakan salah satu lokasi yang bermasalah di daerah kota Batam, dimana terdapat genangan air pada jalan saat intesistas hujan tinggi. Jalan Duyung ini berada di Kecamatan Batu Ampar Kota Batam. Lokasi terjadinya genangan air tepat berada sepanjang Jalan Duyung mulai dari U-turn Batu Ampar sampai depan hotel pasifik. Analisis distribusi yang digunakan adalah distribusi Gumbel, distribusi Gumbel dipilih dengan melakukan uji kecocokan Smirnov Kolmogorov. Periode ulang yang dipilih adalah periode 5 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan debit eksisting lebih besar dibandingkan debit rencana yaitu Qeksisting = 0,1023 m3/detik, sedangkan debit rencana adalah Qrencana = 0,038 m3/ detik. perhitungan dimensi saluran eksisting sudah memenuhi dimensi rencana. Yaitu nilai beksisiting = 0,40 m > brencana = 0,33 m serta heksisting = 0,45 m > hrencana = 0,33 m. yang berarti tidak ada yang salah pada perencanaan dimensi saluran drainase pada Jalan Duyung Kecamatan Batu Ampar. Untuk perencanaan genangan air yang terjadi pada lokasi studi disebabkan adanya tumpukan tanah atau pasir di area lubang saluran drainase sehingga menghambat aliran air. ********************************************************************** This study aims to determine the analysis of the drainage system against inundation (flooding) in Duyung Road, Batu Ampar Sub District, Batam. Duyung Road, Batu Ampar Sub District is one of the problematic location in Batam, where often times found the puddle of water on the road during high rainfall intensity. The Duyung Road is located in Batu Ampar District, Batam City. The location of the occurrence of puddles is right along Duyung Road starting from the U-turn Batu Ampar to front of the Pacific hotel. The distribution analysis used was the Gumbel distribution, the Gumbel distribution was chosen by conducting the Smirnov Kolmogorov test. The return period chosen is 5 year. Based on the results of the analysis, the calculation of the existing discharge is greater than the planned discharge where Qeksisting = 0.1023 m3 / sec, while the plan discharge is Qplan = 0.038 m3 / sec. The calculation of the dimensions of the existing channel fulfilled the plan dimensions. Where the value of beksisiting = 0.40 m > bplan = 0.33 m and heksisting = 0.45 m> hplan = 0.33 m. which means there is nothing wrong with the planning of the dimensions of the drainage channel in Duyung Road, Batu Ampar Sub District. The garbage in water drains clogged the waste disposalas well as the drainage and as a result it inhibits the flow of water in this area.
