Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel kompensasi, keseimbangan pekerjaan, penilaian kinerja, dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan perusahaan manufaktur di Batam. Metode survei digunakan untuk menguji penelitian ini dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 400 set untuk responden yang bekerja di perusahaan manufaktur di Batam. Selanjutnya kuesioner dikumpulkan kembali dengan mendaptakan 383 kuesioner untuk selanjutnya diuji dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pelaku usaha di bidang perusahaan manufaktur yang banyak terdapat di Batam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan positif pada semua variabel yang diuji. Beberapa keterbatasan dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian berikutnya juga di masukkan dalam penelitian ini. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this study was to study the effects of compensation variables, work balance, performance appraisal, and job training on employee performance in manufacturing companies in Batam. The research method used to examine this research is by submitting a questionnaire of 400 sets for respondents who work in manufacturing companies in Batam. Then the questionnaire was collected again by obtaining 383 questionnaires to be subsequently proposed with the SPSS program. The results of this study are expected to be an input for companies in manufacturing companies that are widely available in Batam. The results of the study indicate a significant positive relationship on all announced variables. Some limitations and recommendations for further research were also included in this study.
