Abstract
Penelitian ini bermaksud menyelidiki seberapa besar efek terhadap variabel demografi, ekonomi, psikologi, sosial dan organisasi kepada keputusan investasi melalui investor properti terutama investor yang ada di Kota Batam. Sistem yang digunakan merupakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Responden yang digunakan berjumlah 360 responden bagi responden yang pernah melakukan investasi di bidang properti di Batam dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai variabel yang dipercayai mempengaruhi keputusan investasi properti di kota Batam. Variabel yang digunakan berupa faktor demografi, ekonomi, psikologi, sosial, dan organisasi. Dari penelitian sebelumnya yang serupa memberikan hasil bawha, faktor demografi, faktor ekonomi, dan faktor psikologi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan investasi properti di Batam, sedangkan faktor sosial dan faktor organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. ********************************************************************** The purpose of this study is to investigate how much influence on demographic, economic, psychological, social and organizational variables on investment decisions from property investors, especially in the city of Batam. The system used is multiple linear regression analysis is the research methodology used in this study. The entire questionnaire to be examined in this study is as many as 360 respondents who have invested in property in the city of Batam, from the data obtained by purposive sampling method. The results of this study prove that demographic, economic, psychological factors show a significant positive effect on investment decisions so that investors invest property influenced by demographics, economics and psychology, the social and organization does not significantly influence investment decisions so that suggestions or input from family, friends, and groups do not affect investment decisions.
