Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan kerja, kompensasi, dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang garmen atau konveksi di Batam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 360 responden yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan garmen di Batam. Setelah kuesioner disebarkan dan dikumpulkan kembali oleh penulis, berhasil didapatkan 355 kuesioner yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian data regresi dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan SPSS diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara semua variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan tentang pentingnya bagi manajemen perusahaan garmen agar memberikan perhatian yang lebih besar pada variabel yang diteliti diatas. Karena semua variabel tersebut diatas berhubungan erat dengan kinerja karyawan, sehingga bila perusahaan ingin meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya maka hal tersebut diatas harus ditingkatkan dan diperbaiki. ********************************************************************** This study is aimed to determine the effect of recruitment and selection, training, compensation and performance appraisal to employee performance of garment factory employees in Batam. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 360 respondents of factory in Batam. The questionnaires were distributed and collected back, and 355 questionnaires were filled out completely so that it can be used for regression analisys by using SPSS. From the data processing with SPSS is known that there are relationships between all the variables studied. Results of this study emphasize the importance for factory management to pay greater attention to the variables studied above. Because all of the above variables closely linked to the performance of the employees, so that if the company wanted to improve the commitment of employees then all variables above should be enhanced and improved.
