Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel edukasi, upah, strategi sumber daya manusia, perekrutan dan pengembangan, kecenderungan sistem, kecenderungan tim, dan otonomi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor cabang bank umum di kota Batam. Populasi dari studi ini adalah karyawan sedang bekerja di bank-bank umum di kantor cabang Batam. Studi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 300 responden yang merupakan karyawan dari lima bank seperti BRI, MANDIRI, BCA, BNI dan CIMB NIAGA dengan aset tertinggi di seluruh Indonesia dengan kantor cabang di kota Batam. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk menyebarkan kuesioner secara rata dengan menggunakan alat analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel upah, strategi sumber daya manusia, kecenderungan sistem, kecenderungan tim, dan otonomi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karena variabel upah, strategi sumber daya manusia, kecenderungan sistem, kecenderungan tim, dan otonomi memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kinerja karyawan, sehingga jika pihak manajemen bank umum ingin meningkatkan kinerja karyawan maka harus melakukan peningkatan dan perbaikan. ********************************************************************** This study aims to analyze the effect of variable education, wage, strategic human resources, hiring-development, system tendency, team tendency, and autonomy on employee performance. This study was do at the branch office of public banks in the Batam city. The population in this research are employees who work in the branch office of public banks in the Batam city. This research was conducted by survey method by distributing questionnaires to 300 respondents who are employees of five banks such as BRI, MANDIRI, BCA, BNI and CIMB NIAGA with the highest assets in all of Indonesia with branch offices in Batam city. The researcher using the technic purposive sampling for distributing questionnaires by using Multiple Linear Regression tools. Which aims to determine the effect of variable independent factors on the variable dependent. The results of this shows that variable wage, strategic human resources, system tendency, team tendency, dan autonomy have a significant positive effect to employee performance because all the variables mentioned above are closely related to employee performance, so that if the management public bank wants to increase employee performance , thenabove must be improved.
