Abstract

Indonesia terletak diantara 4 lempeng, sehingga kebutuhan struktur dengan gaya gempa sangat diperlukan. Tanpa perhitungan struktur yang tepat dapat berakibat structure failure dan menyebabkan korban jiwa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perhitungan struktur yang sangat akurat guna mendapatkan struktur yang kuat terhadap gaya gempa. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan struktur rumah susun yang berada di kota Serang, Jawa Barat. Pelaksanaan Tugas akhir metode pengumpulan informasi dan perhitungan menggunakan software ETABS untuk mencari reaksi akibat beban gempa untuk mendesain kolom dengan peraturan gempa SNI 1726 – 2012 dan peraturan pembebanan gedung SNI 2847 - 2013. Tugas akhir ini memberikan pengeluaran meliputi jumlah dan diameter tulangan kolom. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kolom stump yang direncanakan memerlukan dimensi kolom 1200 mm x 1200 mm, dengan tulangan sebanyak 40 dengan diameter tulangan utama sebesar 32, kolom juga memenuhi persyaratan struktur rangka momen khusus dan konsep strong column weak beam. ********************************************************************** Indonesia is located between 4 plates, therefore structure with seismic action design is required. Without the proper structure calculation may cause strcuture failure and may cost human life. Therefore, an acurate structure designs are really required to obtain a strong structure against seismic action. This paper is written to analyze the structure’s capacity of an apartment which is located in Serang, West Java. This paper is using a method which is to obtain the information and calculation with ETABS to obtain the column’s reaction due to seismic action to design the column accordance to SNI 1726 – 2012 seismic regulation and SNI 2847 – 2013 weight regulation. This paper’s output consist of the amount of column’s rebars and its diameter . The final result of this study shows that the column stump that designed must at least 1200mm x 1200mm, dengan 40 rebars with 32mm as the rebars diameter, column also qualified as special moment resisting frame and strong column weak beam structure.
