Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek jarang ditemui suatu proyek yang berjalan tepat sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Untuk mengetahuai apakah peroyek yang dilakukan mengalami kerugian atau keuntungan perlunya melakukan pengendalian proyek mulai dari waktu,biaya dengan mengalisis menggunakan metode Earned Value. Analisa dilakukan pada proyek pembangunan Ruko Mitra Junction Batam, karena pada pelaksanaan proyek mengalami keterlambatan selama 40 hari dari perencanaan awal. Dari data yang diperoleh dari kontraktor nilai ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance ), BCWS (Budgeted Cost Work Schedule), dan BCWP (Budgeted Cost for Work Performed). Dari parameter tersebut dilakukan estimasi Earned Value pada minggu ke-20 dengan nilai ACWP Rp.4,100,241,300.00, nilai BCWS Rp.3.869,420,828,64, dan nilai BCWP Rp. 3,824,450,350.20. Hasil analisis data diperoleh estimasi nilai akhir proyek sebesar Rp. 8,993,729,545.95 dengan kerugian yang diterima oleh kontraktor pelaksana sebesar Rp.565,455,033.60 serta penyelesaian waktu pelaksanaan menjadi 352 hari dari waktu awal perencanaan yaitu 312 hari. ********************************************************************** In the implementation of a project is rarely found a project that goes exactly as planned. To mengetahuai whether peroyek done suffered losses or gains the necessity of controlling the project starting from the time, cost with mengalisis method using Earned Value. Analysis done on the construction project of Commercial Partners Junction Batam, as on the implementation of the projects experienced delays during the 40 days from initial planning. From the data obtained from the contractor the value of ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performance), the BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule), and the BCWP (Budgeted Cost for Work Performed). The parameter estimation of Earned Value in week 20 with a value of Rp.,241 4,100 ACWP, 300.00, BCWS values IDR 3.869,420,828, 64, and BCWP value of Rp. 3,824,450,350.20. The results of the analysis of the data obtained estimate final value of Rp. 8,993,729,545.95 project with losses earned by the contractors implementing Rp. 565,455, 033.60 as well as the completion of the implementation time being 352 days from initial planning time that is 312 days.
