Abstract

Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterlibatan pekerjaan terhadap motivasi, kepribadian karyawan, pelatihan, karakteristik pekerjaan. Dalam penelitian ini sample diambil dari 250 resonden karyawan Bank Bpr di tanjung balai karimun, dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, kepribadian karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan pekerjaan, pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan pekerjaan, dan karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan pekerjaan. ********************************************************************** The focus of this research is to analyze the influence of job involvement on motivation, employee personality, training, job characteristics. In this study samples were taken from 250 Bank Bpr employee respondents on Tanjung Balai Karimun, using the SPSS application The results of this study are motivation has a positive effect on employee involvement, employee personality has a positive effect on job involvement, training has a positive effect on job involvement, and job characteristics have a positive effect on job involvement.
