Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melakukan analisa pengaruh dari variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional, laissez-faire & pelayanan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar di kecamatan Batam Kota. Adanya hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru yang mampu memberikan dampak positif bagi para guru-guru sekolah dasar layaknya pada eksperimen terdahulu sehingga pengaji beranggapan isu kinerja pada guru perlu diperhatikan lebih dalam di sekolah-sekolah dasar yang semakin berevolusi seiring waktu berjalan. Pengkajian membutuhkan jangka waktu untuk mengumpul data-data yang dikerjakan dengan cara memberikan kuesioner, kuesioner yang disebar berjumlah 260 responden. 250 data responden yang diolah dikarenakan ada nya beberapa kuesioner penelitian yang tidak kembali. Penulis memperoleh data kemudian di uji melalui metode statistic. Untuk proses tesis dan alat yang digunakan antara lain adalah program SPSS dengan versi 22. Hasil penelitian membuktikan variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, transaksional, laissez-faire & pelayanan mempunyai hubungan yang terikat terhadap variabel dependen kinerja guru. Variabel yang tertera pada model penelitian membuktikan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru disekolah-sekolah. ********************************************************************** This reasearch conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence between variables of transformational leadership, transactional, laissez-fair, and servant on the performance of elementary school teachers in Batam Kota Sub-district. The relationship of leadership style to teacher performance is able to provide a positve impact on elementary school teachers as in previous reasearch so reasearcher consider the issue of teacher performance in Human Resource Management practices to be considered especially in primary schools which are increasingly developing over time. Reasearch requires time to collect datathat is done using one shot study method in which data collection is done by spreading questionnaires, questionnaires distributed by 260 respondents. 250 respondent data prossesed because there are few questionnaires that did not return. When the data obtain then being test by methods statistica for testing the thesis and the tool used is SPSS program version 22. The final of this study tells that transformational, transactional, laissez-faire & servant leadership variables had a positive relationship to the dependent variable of teacher performance. Variables at the model prove important in improving teacher performance in schools.
